Research Of The Host Language In TV News Commentary Programs

With the advancement of TV media technology and the improvement of people's culture,individuals have no longer satisfied with receiving only news information,but been beginning to actively think and intended to participate in the news.Therefore,TV news commentary programs integrating “television”,“news” and “comment” have emerged.Chinese TV news commentary programs started late,and the birth of “Focus Interview” heralded the reformation and development of Chinese TV news commentary programs.Today,TV news commentary programs have been gradually developed at all branch of television stations.Language as a carrier in the process of media delivery of information.The TV news commentary programs have a complete discourse system,host is the core of the program,which through the way of voice and graph as well as the narrative the two expressions of “narrative” and “comment” are realized together,and the audience is told “the story behind of news”.This study takes the representation of the TV news commentary programs NEWS 1+1 as an example,taking the host language of the Bai Yansong and Dong Qian as samples,20 programs for each host were collected,totaling nearly 100,000 words of the host's corpus,the language mode and communication effect of TV news commentary program hosts were studied and analyzed.Language is the key for TV news commentary hosts to connect and guide topics,and also is a paramount factor in improving the quality of TV news commentary programs.The news commentary programs have specialrequirements for the host's language foundation and political position.However,the hosts having a high-level commentary language in China not only is a minority,but also the TV programs been famous for the host commentary language are minimal.Actively exploring the language mode,communication effect and literacy promotion of the news commentary hosts will help promote the mature of TV news commentary programs.
