Design And Implementation Of Relay Protection Fault Information Substation System

In recent years,relay protection device and recording device in the power system have developed rapidly based on intelligent hardware technology.And it has been widely used and popularized in the construction process of smart power grid.On this basis,power supply enterprises is using relay protection fault information system to realize fault information collection and analysis of power network in recent years,which is an important data support for safety protection measures and operation and maintenance management in power network operation.The relay protection fault information system is usually divided into two parts: master station system and substation system.The main system is mainly used to provide the integrated and integrated management functions of fault information for the grid dispatch and management personnel.The sub-station system can collect,localize and upload the fault information of relay protection of the important facilities of the power grid.The application of substation and master station system can effectively improve the overall level of power grid operation and maintenance management and security assurance.In this thesis,the substation system of the TS6000/TS8000 relay protection fault information system implemented by the power supply company the author worked in has been designed and developed in detail.The general function frame and operation mode of relay protection fault information system are discussed and analyzed in this paper.And the functional development objectives and communication requirements of the substation system were investigated and analyzed combined with the actual operating environment of the substation system.The functional design and analysis of substation system are carried out by using the related technical standards of electrical industry and computer software technology.And the overall function orientation,technical solutions and construction measures of the system are discussed at the same time.Finally,the function of substation system is developed and realized according to the technical specification of relay protection fault information management and communication protocol.And this thesis also studies the testing work of the substation system.The relay protection fault information substation system can realize the automaticcollection of local relay protection fault information and online control of the protection device and the recording device,which is an important component of the whole relay protection fault information system.
