The traditional media is encountering new opportunities in this Omni-media Era,but also facing great challenges,because of the advancement of the technological revolution,the progress and development of this era,and the emergence of new media and communication.Broadcast,as a traditional media,is also affected to some extent in the Omni-media era.The monopoly of traditional broadcast is no longer exited.Hence,if the traditional broadcast stays stagnant,keeping the simplistic transmission method,it will be very difficult to take a step forward.The developing Internet technology surges up numerous internet radio stations.The practitioners in traditional broadcast industry are bogged down in crises because of their fast spread speed and wide range of coverage.In this paper,I will take Chu Tian music radio,a local radio station in Hubei,as an typical example of traditional broadcast.Taking media transmission channels as breach,I will seek the method of traditional radio station channel construction and changing the situation,through extension study of traditional broadcast channels,enabling it face the challenges,stepping out of dilemma.Chu Tian music radio is facing the status of the user diversion,at the same time,is bearing greater pressure than in terms of income.Concerns about traditional media is rising one after another.The practitioners in traditional broadcast industry are trying to change,and regain the initiative.In this situation,having a study of Chu Tian music radio broadcast channels,is the basic of changing the status quo.Plus,the qualitative research on the top traditional radio will be an experience to the entire traditional radio industry for reference.Based on the current situation of traditional radio stations,this paper will analyze the problems and challenges faced by the industry.Using qualitative research and survey research,this paper will analyze the dilemma of Chu Tian music radio,combined with the results of communication theory and survey data,then give the way to salvage traditional radio station.At the same time,proving with the successful case of Chu Tian music radio,I will place the successful attempt in the traditional development of the traditional radio industry for reference.The content production of the traditional radio station,the personalized upgrade of the program,the cultivation of the talented person is the foundation of the whole media reform,which is the stability and development of the channel development in the past.But at the same time.Technological innovation,the construction of the industrial chain,the use of the Internet thinking,the establishment of IP,is the innovation of this paper.In this paper,the upgrading of traditional radio road in all media era and the user experience in the first place,pay attention to the needs of the audience,reasonable relaxation system,constant innovation,to explore the potential industry more in the future,do not become obsolete.In the trend of media convergence,in order to adapt to the development of this new age,the traditional media should seize the opportunity,and figure out the suitable way of commission channels and methods,so that they can win in the competition.
