An Account Of The Music Programme, The Years Phonograph, Run By Categorized Music Radio

With the approach of the age of Internet and the constant appearance of new media, the living space of broadcasting station has been narrowed down. In spite of this, there are still some audiences who continue to choose the form of broadcasting media, either subjectively or objectively, under the background of the diversion of audiences. Yet, the broadcasting media is irreplaceable due to factors such as private car owners and taxi drivers have to focus their attention while driving. However, with the shift of obtaining information from the way people do it as a whole to the method of getting it in fragmentation, there exits an increasing tendency of the accompanying nature of broadcasting media. Categorized station was birthed in America in the 1960 s from which categorized music station stood out. Categorized music station appeared in mainland China in 2002, which staged a wave of “categorized music.” In the following 10 years, while categorized music station has been getting good reviews, there has emerged a phenomenon of sluggish development due to simplified operating model after undergoing the market ablution. The reform-minded categorized musicians raise the slogan of “shifting to post categorized music broadcasting”, and my thesis Years Phonogram was born just under such a background. Based on systematized summary of the evolution of categorized music in China, this thesis makes an analysis of the drawbacks in the operating model of categorized music station in mainland China, and gives an account of its content, creative skills and artistic implications in great detail.
