At present,with the continuous development of China's economy and society,various types of "risks" are emerging.In the endless stream of risk events,the environmental problems associated with technological innovation and economic development are the most prominent.While science and technology benefit mankind,it inevitably poses a threat to the environment,making people have to face the dilemma of ecological crisis.Environmental risks characterized by high complexity and uncertainty are increasingly becoming the focus of social attention.Modern society is not only a risk society,but also an information society.The rise of social media represented by Weibo has given people the right to construct environmental risks.In the spread of environmental risks,almost every environmental risk event will cause sensation in Weibo.For environmental risk management,environmental risk grievances in Weibo are particularly critical.The suddenness and uncertainty of environmental risk events determine the spread of environmental risk public opinion is a complex and dynamic system process.This requires further research on the dissemination mechanism of environmental risk public opinion in Weibo.Based on the analysis of the transmission factors of environmental risk public opinion in Weibo,this study divides the environmental risk propagation in Weibo into formation period,diffusion period and resolution period based on life cycle theory,and attempts to construct a communication model of environmental risk public opinion.Taking the carbon nine leakage incident in Quangang as an example,the research on the mechanism of environmental risk public opinion in Weibo was carried out.The study found that in the process of generating environmental risk public opinion,the sensitive relationship between the actual relationship between the risk subjects,the environmental panic caused by the information vacuum after the incident and the environmental risk incident itself will prompt people to launch issues on Weibo.Other microblogging users actively participate in the forwarding and mainstream media intervention will ultimately promote the formation of environmental risk public opinion;in the spread of environmental risk public opinion,there is a single-core explosive diffusion model,small bloggers become the key node of communication and promote public opinion The second spread.The strong and weak thinking of netizens,the forwarding assistance of opinion leaders,and the dislocation of official responses have become the driving force for the spread of public opinion.In the process of proliferation,the mainstream media has played an important role in guiding opinions.Local netizens and the media have become the main force for the spread of public opinion.At the same time,netizens will negatively construct environmental risks and risk managers based on anger and fear,while bad grievances will lead to secondary grievances;in environmental risk public opinion dissolution,environmental risk events are effectively disposed and lyrical nature Cooling becomes the cause of the lyric disintegration,and during the lyric disintegration period,the number of environmental risk lyrics will show a sharp decline,and the content of lyrics will turn to reflection on the incident.
