Antenna is an indispensable part of electronic equipment to send and receive electromagnetic waves.There are different requirements for the antenna radiation characteristics in different scenarios,and array antennas are the preferred solution for advanced electronic devices.This paper focus on the method of array antenna analysis,the method of array antenna synthesis method with mutual coupling and the method of array antenna fault diagnosis based on deep learning.In order to solve the problem that the classical IWO may fall into the local optimum and the lack of convergence speed in the early iteration of the CIWO,an improved optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper,which not only ensures the convergence speed in the early iteration,but also improves the global search ability of the algorithm.In addition,this paper applies deep learning to the diagnosis method of antenna array fault array element based on far-field pattern and classifier,which avoids the feature extraction of manual design and improves the diagnosis accuracy.The research content of this paper includes the following parts.1.The methods for analyzing the radiation characteristics of antenna array with the considering of mutual coupling were introduced,including the AEP technique and the integral equation moment method for the extraction of AEP.First,the AEP technology for calculating the antenna array pattern fastly was introduced.Second,the method of moments and some basis functions used in electromagnetic problems were introduced.Third,SIE-MOM and VSIE-MOM were introduced.Then the feed model used in the method of moments was introduced.Finally,the method of moments and the feed model were verified by calculation examples.2.The methods of antenna array synthesis was studied.First,the far-field calculation of antenna array based on AEP was introduced,and some objective functions that can be used in antenna array synthesis were introduced as well.Second,some optimization algorithms commonly used in array synthesis were introduced,including PSO and IWO,and improvements were made.Finally,different tasks were synthesized based on the optimization algorithm.3.The method of array fault diagnosis based on deep learning was studied.First,the model of antenna array fault and the generation of training data were introduced in this paper.The optimization algorithms commonly used in deep learning were introduced then.Next,some deep learning techniques used in this paper were introduced.Finally,the effectiveness of the fault diagnosis method based on deep learning was verified in simulation.
