In recent years,the rapid development of China's social economy,so the quality of our employees is becoming more and more high.For the development of enterprises,human resource management has become a key problem.In order to promote the good development of enterprises,the career management of employees has become the top priority.How to do well the career management of employees and match them with the company's operation and development needs to be solved.This paper analyzes the current situation of the staff management of the power supply company,and puts forward that it is very important to combine the characteristics of the power supply company and build the information management system to use the relevant management means to do a good job of the staff career management.In addition,the key technology analysis,system requirement analysis,system design,system implementation and system test are carried out by using software engineering thought.Based on the actual needs of the business,using the information software technology and according to the idea of software engineering,the research and development of the system has been realized.In the technical aspect,B/S mode and JAVA development language are used to build this system,and the three layer low coupling design mode is selected to guarantee the extended demand of the system later.In terms of function,it covers the whole process of employee career path design,planning,implementation and management.Through the practical application of this system,the overall management of the employee's career can be realized.The staff can grasp the career promotion channel in time and understand the thinking of the enterprise's management and development,so that the employees and the enterprises can be effectively integrated into one,greatly improving the enthusiasm of the employees and laying the foundation for the good development of the enterprises.Basics.
