By investigating the research status of domestic and foreign leveling systems,this paper compares the performance of several leveling systems at home and abroad.The current leveling system focuses on improving the leveling accuracy and shortening the leveling time.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the level of applied science and technology and the improvement of basic processing technology,the leveling system with high precision and speed(leveling precision 2 'and leveling time 2 minutes)has been applied in many units.But with the development of application field,more requirements are put forward for leveling system.In this paper,according to the quantitative requirements of stability of a radar vehicle leveling system,that is,under the action of 20m/s wind load,the change of levelness of the base plane of radar lifting cylinder installation is less than 5 '.Theoretical analysis is carried out,the mathematical model of radar vehicle leveling platform is established,and the corresponding relationship between displacement and Angle is given.Based on the layout design of radar vehicle,the structural design of radar vehicle tuning platform is carried out.At the same time,by studying the wind theory and combining the characteristics of radar vehicle,the influence of radar vehicle on wind load is studied systematically,and the mechanical model of radar vehicle affected by wind load is given.Combined with the mathematical model of radar vehicle leveling platform and wind load model,the simulation model of radar vehicle leveling platform affected by wind load is established,and the simulation analysis and calculation are carried out,and the variation of levelness of radar antenna lifting to different design heights and radar lifting cylinder mounting base plane is given.In this paper,an engineering test verification method is designed to simulate the leveling state of radar vehicle by loading equivalent torque on the tools.Under the influence of wind load,the levelness of the installation base plane of radar lifting cylinder changes,and the test results are analyzed.The loss of leveling accuracy will greatly reduce the working performance of radar.In this paper,through the establishment of leveling platform and wind load data model,the simulation results of radar leveling base plane affected by wind load are given,and the simulation test verification method is designed.Through simulation calculation and test,the risk of leveling system scheme design is reduced and the r&d cycle is shortened.
