Design And Implementation Of Integrated System Of Multi-MIS With Different Architecture

With the development of computer technology and Internet technology,information technology has been carried out in all walks of life.Therefore,various kinds of MIS(Management Information System)emerged,which led to a sharp increase in data information eventually.How to extract and utilize information effectively has become a key task in the era of big data.However,the phenomenon of “Information Isolated Islands” is the toughest nut for all departments in recent society.The failure pass of information between departments and their systems,mainly through manual transmission for data,leads to a waste of labor and the increasing rates of error.This project designs a multi-MIS integrated system with different architectures,which takes a teaching system,charging system and personnel management system served for students and teachers in colleges and universities as an example.The system adopts web crawling technology,which can extract and learn webpage elements in the webpage MIS.It could learn the required target elements and the operations through the analysis of webpage element information.According to the knowledge acquired by learning,it is able to realize the automatic positioning,capture,and updates of data in order to achieve an unlimited number of automatic operations on the target element.For the desktop MIS,it firstly creates the window program as the platform for opening the desktop MIS.Then,it also learns the target control and its operation by analyzing the target control in each window of the entire desktop system or directly using the Windows Hook technology.It next records to the database,and uses the specific control code for each control to achieve the identification of the target element.After learning the MIS system functions of two different platforms respectively,the design integrates the two systems,combines them in a window system,and uses the task-driven mode of "project-task-step" to build each multi-MIS.The system synchronizes the scheme,thereby realizes automatic synchronization of related data of multiple MISs.
