With the computer technology and the rapid development of e-commerce, enterprise can get the number and type of information has greatly increased. So, data's collection, storage, processing and distribution are increasingly. At the same time, the large information systems has started, which give rise to "information island" phenomenon. This phenomenon brings out the existence of a large number of redundant data and trash data, which can not guarantee consistency, greatly reduce the utilization of information and efficiency. This thesis aims to resolve the above issues, concerns the results of data integration and researches the data aggregation's visual modeling techniques, gives the method of aggregation of data resources, visual modeling methods and applications, and proposed a kind of XML-based data aggregation model.The thesis introduces a visual way of data aggregation, to achieve by the end-user driven, personalized, real-time feedback of results approach. According to business needs, users through the various transformation rules system, consolidation of data sources, grouping, filtering, transformation, connection and other operations, without the need to manually build complex XQuery statements, user-friendly, while improving system performance.The thesis gives the method of data aggregation model, together the various distributed, heterogeneous, dynamic data resources with a unified view to the user, to enable users to transparently access these data sources, to maintain data source as a whole on data consistency and improve the efficiency of utilization of information sharing.The thesis presents a XML-based data aggregation model, the model defines the public interface of the resource access, visual convergence process modeling tools, the implementation model, and achieveas convergence in the resource data access, schema mapping and data conversion capabilities in three areas.Finally, thesis's research result to be applied in "XBus data aggregation system", which shows the available and the rationality of research work, as well as provides an effective solution for the data aggregation.
