Research On Theconstruction Status Of Community Resident Health Record In The Wuhua District Of Kunming City

Reform of China's medical and health care systems is developing rapidly now,the establishment and management of resident health record is one of its important work contents.With the efforts of the government and the public,the community-based establishment and management of resident health record has been constantly improved,but still has experienced some problems.In the paper,the establishment and management of resident health record of the major communities in the Wuhua District of Kunming City were taken as the object,and the corresponding achievements and existing problems were investigated using literature induction method and research analysis method.The first chapter is the introduction.The research and development status of community health archives in China is summarized,then the research framework of this paper is sorted out,finally the significance of this research for promoting the development of public health is expounded.The second chapter mainly outlines the basic theory of community resident health records to identify its concept and to master its basic connotation.The third chapter mainly investigates and analyzes the construction status of community resident health record in the Wuhua District of Kunming City to summarize the achievements and analyze the existing problems.The fourth chapter focuses on the existing problems in the construction and management of community resident health record in the Wuhua District of Kunming City,points out the importance of countermeasures at the macro level,and probes into the rationality of...
