In recent years, the rapid growth of mobile data traffic,large-scale access of mass terminal equipment and new emerging services pose enormous challenges to the system and architecture of the existing communication networks.D2D communication is considered to be one of the main communication methods in next-generation networks due to its efficient and flexible communication characteristics.Especially in the access of dense networks, the introduction of D2D communication can not only save spectrum resources but also effectively offload core network traffic, which greatly improves network efficiency and user experience. However, the introduction of this technology also causes non-negligible interference to the LTE-A network. Therefore, how to adjust the spectrum resources to make resource allocation and power control more resonable for D2D users has become an important direction of D2D communication research. This paper focuses on the interference problem of D2D users when multiplexing cellular user resources, and proposes a corresponding resource allocation algorithm. In addition, the power control method is used to adjust the transmit power of D2D users. The details are as follows:1.Aiming at user-intensive scenarios(the number of D2D users is larger than that of cellular users),a D2D resource allocation method based on improved fuzzy clustering clustering is proposed.Firstly, the users are fuzzy-divided based on the multi-dimensional attributes, the interference between users of the same group is reduced, and the relaxation normalization condition is proposed, which effectively avoids the emergence of the self-contained situation of the edge users, and effectively improves the cluster validity; Then, based on the partitioned D2D user cluster, the D2D user's transmit power is calculated based on the interference tolerance of the CU user to implement dynamic power control; Finally, the KM algorithm in the graph theory is used to match the best reuse resource for the D2D user group.Thereby achieving the purpose of improving the overall throughput and spectrum utilization of the system.2.Aiming at user-intensive scenarios,a QoS-based clustering channel allocation and power control algorithm is proposed. The social trust factor is introduced to characterize the willingness of cellular users and D2D users to share spectrum resources, the D2D user is colored by using the improved graph coloring method.According to the actual needs of the D2D users,D2D users are classified according to their priorities, and D2D users are clustered by means of graph coloring, and the D2D user's priority requirement and social attribute are comprehensively considered to match the appropriate CU user resource for the D2D cluster; Then, each D2D user in the same cluster is taken as the game participant, the transmission power is taken as the strategy space, and the system throughput with the cost mechanism is taken as the income function to allocate the transmission power to each D2D user in the cluster. Therefore, the purpose of effectively improving the fairness of the D2D users and the throughput of the system is achieved.
