With the rapid development of mobile communication, the number of smart devices in the mobile network is increasing, and the requirements for network carrying capacity are also enhancing.Various services and mobile applications require high real-time performance, which makes the mobile data network face great challenges. The rapid development of 5G comes from this. The growth of traffic demand will inevitably lead to further demand for spectrum, while the spectrum resources of available mobile communication are scarce,so it is necessary to explore the available spectrum in higher frequency band. But at the same time, the high-frequency segment meets part of the demand, because of the fast attenuation, the communication distance is greatly reduced. As one of the key technologies to solve these problems, super dense network has become a hot research direction in recent years.Due to the dense distribution of various small base stations, the limited spectrum resources can not guarantee to allocate orthogonal spectrum to each small base station,so the optimization of spectrum allocation strategy is very important. In this paper, the spectrum allocation strategy of small base station is optimized to improve the spectrum utilization of downlink data transmission of small base station.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,as well as the research results and hot spots of foreign scholars.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the ultra-dense network,it introduces the system model, networking mode and interference situation of the ultra-dense network, and introduces three kinds of spectrum distribution technologies, namely centralized, distributed and semi-distributed.Game theory as the mathematics foundation of this paper is introduced in the third and fourth Chapters. The article conducts research separately on the small and dense distribution of small base stations. This paper mainly studies the application of graph theory coloring algorithm to construct the spectrum allocation strategy set in the case of dense distribution of small base stations, and on this basis,a non cooperative game model is established with each small base station as the participant, the system's spectrum utilization is taken as the optimization goal, and the relevant equilibrium is solved by "regret probability",and the existence of the relevant equilibrium is proved. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can converge quickly after iteration, reach the relevant equilibrium point, and effectively improve the spectrum utilization. Then, more small base stations are deployed in the same range, and the minimum interference of base stations in the cluster is taken as the optimization index.Genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to cluster the small base stations, and Acer station is taken as the leader, and each cluster is followed to establish Steinberg game model. Finally, the performance of clustering, iterative convergence and throughput of system and small base station cluster are simulated to verify that the proposed spectrum allocation strategy has certain application value.
