| China's network literature industry has grown from a rising to a mainstream in the past 20 years.In recent years,the content of the network literature value has gradually attracted the attention of capital.More and more capital forces have intervened in the online literature industry,re-integrating and building the previous network literature platforms.Many digital reading companies have been listed.The cultural and entertainment industry chain has been opened up to form an integrated ecological layout.As a representative of the top content companies in China,China Literature has been recognized by the capital market for its content resources and writer resources.China Literature has been actively looking for more ways to realize the realization of content and maximize the value of IP to build a company like“Marvel” and “Disney”.Based on this,this paper analyzed the core business of China Literature by means of the value chain theory,sorts out the value chain formed by online reading.And through the value nets theory,analyzed the various types extended by the network literature copyright.The value nets formed by the entertainment form shows the value chain innovation results of China Literature.Through the analysis of the relevant literature of China Literature,and with the help of quantitative analysis and research methods,this paper clearly shows the value chain composition of China Literature and the achievements of the value chain innovation.It shows the development of the online reading and the value creation activities of China Literature.On this basis,the value nets model of China Literature with IP as the core is constructed,and the strategic significance of the construction of the value nets for China Literature is pointed out.It reveals the advantages of value chain innovation to enterprises,fills in the gaps in current special research.And at the same time achieves the purpose of providing reference for other cultural industries. |
