With the development of industrial wireless communication technology,Human-Machine Interaction(HMI)is gradually applied in the industrial field,and has the advantages of flexible operation,strong function and high efficiency.But before interacting with the machine,the engineer must select the target device from a list of large quantities of device information.This option increases the operating burden,which can lead to connection errors and waste time.In the industrial human-machine interaction,engineers usually need to face the target device for reading and modifying the state parameters of the operation,which makes the industrial wireless human-machine interaction with the Line-of-Sight(LOS)intra communications.This property makes Proximity Estimation algorithm suitable for simplifying access to target devices.However,due to the instability of wireless signals,the existing algorithms have low precision and can not cope with the problem of multi device connection,so it is difficult to apply directly in the industrial wireless human-machine interaction.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the multi machine connection algorithm for wireless human-machine interaction,its core idea is the use of wireless devices display module display different visual identification,and equipment selection into identification and selection,greatly reduce the complexity of device connection.Specifically,this article contains the following research contents:Firstly,this paper combined with the Android smart devices and Bluetooth wireless technology to design the human-machine interaction system of industrial wireless technology,the system can complete the basic functions of industrial human-machine interaction.At the same time,the wireless node of the machine has a display module to display the visual identifier,which provides the hardware support for the design of the multi device connection algorithm.Secondly,based on the wireless human-machine interaction system,this paper builds an industrial human-machine interaction network experimental platform,and establishes the network space model according to the equipment deployment characteristics of the industrial environment.Furthermore,the strict definition of device nodes in the range of sight is given,and the method of selecting the range of sight range nodes is designed based on Proximity Estimation algorithm.Thirdly,a multi device connection algorithm based on visual identifier is designed in this paper,which is called LightCon.The LightCon algorithm includes five aspects,such as screening nodes,symbol allocation,symbol publishing,symbol display,and symbol selection which can convert the device selection to the identification selection,thus simplifying the complexity of the manual selection device.Fourthly,according to the limitation of visual identification,this paper designed two kinds of assignment algorithm(A-SA,B-SA),and through theoretical analysis and simulation,it is proved that the B-SA algorithm can effectively reduce the number of user identification,thereby reducing the connection time.Fifthly,the LightCon in the industrial interactive network experimental platform is realized,and compares it with the existing algorithms,the experimental results show that the LightCon algorithm can effectively reduce the connection time,can satisfy industrial human-machine interaction in multi connected equipment demand.
