Research On Sharing Opening Data Modeunder The Background Of Smart City

This paper uses document analysis,systematic research methods and comparative analysis to construct the opening data sharing model in smart city construction.First of all,this paper reviews the basic concepts and related theories of smart city theory including the connotation of smart city and its core features,data open theory,data sharing theory and opening data sharing in the process of smart city construction,and reinterprets the features on this topic.Secondly,it analyzes the existing opening data sharing mode of smart city,and investigates the data opening and sharing status of three smart cities,and concludes problems such as the lack of data sharing related policy system,data barriers,lack of technical support,and lack of data security management existing in smart city construction.Thirdly,based on the incompatibility of existing systems and the imperfection of existing models,the smart city big data technology-driven opening data sharing mode is carried out.And it sets forth the mode from four aspects: overall goal,construction principle,infrastructure and mode operation.Finally,based on the investigation and analysis of existing smart cities and their data sharing problems,it gives suggestions to the improvement of existing models comparing with the big data technology-driven opening data sharing mode.At present,relevant theoretical research and application practice of opening data sharing mode in the construction of smart city is still in its infancy.It's significant using information technology to promote the development of smart cities and building a safe and efficient open sharing mode for propelling smarter and convenient city management,and enhancing the overall innovation competitiveness of it.
