In our country,agriculture is the foundation of national economy and its informatization is the general developing trend.Its information construction can hardly do without the data support.However,the traditional agricultural data management platform lags behind in the management of massive agricultural spatial data and only supports a single data query to keywords,thus users can hardly access a comprehensive and accurate search result meeting their demands;it poorly supports data visualization and shows agricultural resources in a single way of characters or tables;it lacks the data sharing support and users are less likely to obtain agricultural information resources.In view of the foregoing defects barely meeting users' growing demands and seriously restricting the development of the agricultural spatial information resource management platform,this paper,based on cloud service,synthetically utilized spatial database technology,geographical information system(GIS),information management technology,spatial data visualization technology and GIS cloud portal technology to implement an integration solutions for agricultural spatial information and established a cloud-service-based cloud portal for managing agricultural spatial information.This paper mainly contained the following three contents.Above all,realize the efficient and comprehensive retrieval for agricultural spatial data and its processing model.This paper,based upon the introduction of ontology technology and semantic retrieval technology and upon of a semantic query model-building for agricultural spatial data,realized a semantic-based retrieval function for those data.NLPIR,a natural semantic word segmentation tool was utilized to achieve word segmentation for users' inputs;some related concepts and terminologies about agricultural spatial information were collected to establish and store agricultural spatial information ontology;the semantic inference rules were built to realize the semantic extension reasoning and key words library was designed to support an agricultural spatial data query.It enhanced precision ratio and recall ratio of agricultural spatial data retrieval,improved traditional data retrieval method and made up for the deficiency of database keyword retrieval and users were able to acquire more comprehensive and more accurate query results by means of agricultural spatial information management cloud portal.Then,enrich the visualization representation for agriculture spatial data.Using rendering techniques of point symbols,line symbols and area symbols and map service publishing technology,a two-dimensional map service was built to realize the two-dimensional visualization of agricultural spatial data.This paper introduced a rendering technology of spatial data and used a spatial data representation model to express agricultural spatial data.The 3D scene service was built by using three-dimensional(3D)symbols and then 3D visualization of agricultural spatial data was achieved.Multifarious visualization representation forms for agricultural spatial data can show agricultural spatial data for users more stereoscopically,more objectively and more abundantly in comprehensive and play an important role in synthesizing and publishing agricultural spatial data and in auxiliary expert decision.Finally,construct an agricultural spatial information management platform.This paper,making use of front-end technology and WebGIS technology,built an agricultural spatial information management platform in the browser-side,realized service resource management and retrieval functions,two-dimensional map service functions and three-dimensional map service functions,provided service interface for calls of third-party software and platform,greatly improved the efficiency of managing agricultural spatial information and provided functions of visualization and sharing as well.This paper constructed an agricultural spatial information management cloud portal on Web,which helps to realize effective management and display for all kinds of agricultural spatial resources and information with dynamic nature.It provided access interface on agricultural space cloud service resources for calls of third-party software and platform and then provided a comprehensive platform for query,management,analysis and application of agricultural spatial information.
