In the industrial production process,the controlled objects usually have different degrees of pure delay.If the delay is too large,it is difficult to obtain satisfactory control performance using a conventional PI or PID controller.In order to maintain the stability of the system,an advanced control scheme must be used,and the Smith predictor is used more.The Smith predictor needs to have a good understanding of the object model and the delay characteristics,but in many cases such system parameters are difficult to obtain accurately.As such,the simple Smith predictor does not have good control.In this paper,the control strategy of the reaction temperature of the serpentine reactor in the chemical production process of the rosin mixture is studied in depth,and an algorithm based on the non-identification adaptive fuzzy Smith is designed.Control to address the temperature control of the heat transfer reaction process in the production of rosin blends to provide an engineering solution for similar control scenarios.The fuzzy control algorithm is based on adaptive sampling control,while maintaining the parameter tracking characteristics,making the control algorithm optimized for control performance simple and practical.Adaptive class control In the nonlinear and uncertain dynamic system,the structural parameters and model parameters of the controlled process can be tracked in real time to achieve the purpose of self-correction control.In this paper,the PAC controller is used to write the control algorithm,and the fuzzy control is introduced step by step.The Smith predictive compensation control and adaptive control are added.The fastness,stability and accuracy are compared.Through simulation,the adaptive fuzzy Smith control is introduced.The control of hysteresis has a very obvious effect and is of great significance for solving some of the control problems in practical engineering.
