Crusher production process is pure time-delay system with nonlinearity and variableparameters. In fact it will produce a variety of interference, the use of conventional PID controlmethod is difficult to obtain satisfactory control quality. Since fuzzy control does not depend onaccurate mathematical model that can well overcome the non-linear factors, and has strongrobustness. General often used the control which combinations the fuzzy control and PID control.In this paper, from the hydraulic cone system itself to consider, the main adjuster in the systemused to combine fuzzy control and PID control methods, not only to maintain the PID controllertuning easy, adaptable and simple features, and online via fuzzy control to adjust the PID parametersto overcome the non-linear impact.In order to improve the control quality of the delay system, the most commonly used method isthe time delay compensation method, namely, the Smith predictor. Only when the estimated modelis equal to the actual object, the conventional Smith could well improve the dynamic characteristicsof pure delay systems, but when there are errors between the actual object model and the estimated,the control quality will significantly deteriorate, even divergent, but also for external disturbance isalso nothing to help, poor robustness. The system uses an improved Smith predictor, the use offuzzy control-line tuning the parameters of a first-order inertia link. By combining the fuzzy PIDcontrol and fuzzy adaptive Smith predictor control finally form the fuzzy Smith intelligent controlscheme.Simulation studies were carried out when the parameters of the controlled object changes.Simulation results show that the system has strong robustness and high adaptability, and a goodobject model to overcome the adverse effects of parameter changes.At last this paper study the realization of fuzzy smith intelligent control method through on theSTM32microcontroller. The hardware and software of the intelligent control system based on theSTM32are completed in this paper.
