PLC has a wide application and plays an indispensable role in the development of automatic control technology in industrial production and national defense construction.In our country,more than 90% of the relevant equipment in the field of industrial control is foreign product.The internal implementation of these products is not clear and there is no way to know whether there are any security holes inside.Domestic related products are lacking in information security and expansion components.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to research and develop an autonomous and controllable nationwide PLC system.It is also crucial to study the supervisory control configuration software in the PLC system.According to the functional requirements of the autonomous PLC and the system structure of the monitoring configuration software,the main tasks of the data processing system design are as follows:(1)This paper first introduces the architecture of autonomous PLC equipment and the division of supervisory control configuration software function modules.Comparing with Win CC and Kingview to gain the advantages of this data processing system,and the status of the data processing system in supervisory control configuration software was established.(2)Aiming at the problems of weak reliability,slow interaction and low security in communication between the autonomous PLC and PC,using the data characteristics of the PLC equipment,this paper designs a private communication protocol,Use a question and answer method to communicate data between the PLC and the data processing system which ensures both data security and good communication speed.(3)This paper designs a redundant switching mechanism suitable for this software,establishes the four principles of redundant switching and detailed redundant switching table,and the actual test proves that this mechanism can effectively avoid existing double master history station and master-slave switching frequently.The redundant switching mechanism has improved the reliability of the software.(4)Manually setting the alarm threshold not only the speed is slow but also the settings is not accurate enough,thus an adaptive alarm threshold algorithm based on non-parametric CUSUM is proposed,the algorithm update the CUSUM detection threshold as the system alarm threshold and reduces the alarm time and makes the sum of false alarm rate and missing alarm rate is the lowest.The research results are verified by double-capacity water tank system.The test results show that the system can collect and issue autonomous PLC data in real time.When the system or network cable fails,the software can automatically switch to the redundant historical station.For the data observation,the alarm module,the full record module,and the historical data module can obtain correct data from the data processing system,and the system is stable for a long time,which proves the stability of the data processing system designed in this paper.
