With the proposal of "China made 2025" strategy,the equipment manufacturing industry,which plays an important role in the development of national economy,is facing new opportunities and challenges.The key equipment which plays an important role in the equipment manufacturing will cause incalculable economic loss to the enterprise if it breaks down.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the management of key equipment in equipment manufacturing.In the process of equipment management,it is an urgent problem to realize real-time monitoring of equipment running state and analysis of equipment effectiveness.In view of the above problems,this thesis completes the software design of the equipment manufacturing key equipment effectiveness management system.The system consists of data acquisition module,network communication module and equipment effectiveness management software platform.The data collected by the data acquisition module is encapsulated into a packet by the network communication module.The data is sent to the server by TCP protocol.The server receives the data and saves it in the database.The software system can process and display the data and realize the functions of monitoring the running state of the key equipment and managing the effectiveness.In this thesis,the background and significance of the research are first described,and the current research situation at home and abroad is introduced.The software architecture and key technologies of the system are determined by analyzing the requirements of the system.Then it introduces the overall design scheme of the system,and designs the network communication module,the system software function module and the database.The design of network communication module includes the selection of communication protocol,the design of network transmission process,data encapsulation and parsing.The system software function module consists of the user management module,the equipment management module,the running state monitoring module,the production effectiveness management module and the investment effectiveness management module.System database design includes E-R model construction and database table design.Based on.net technology,the design and development of each function module of software system is completed,which realizes the management of user information,the distribution of user authority,the management of equipment account,the preventive maintenance of equipment and the maintenance of equipment failure.It also realizes the monitoring of equipment running state,the management of equipment production efficiency and equipment investment efficiency.In the production effectiveness management module and the investment effectiveness management module,the overall equipment efficiency and the investment return rate are introduced to measure the effectiveness of production and investment.Finally,the data receiving and software system are tested.The test results show that the system is running normally,and all functions and performance indexes meet the design requirements.The equipment manufacturing key equipment effectiveness management system meets the requirements of the managers for real-time monitoring of the key equipment running state and efficiency management,and can effectively improve the production efficiency of the key equipment in the equipment manufacturing enterprise.And can provide data support for enterprise investment decision.
