The phased array radar test has increasingly stringent requirements on the data transmission rate and storage capacity.The complexity of the on-board test environment requires the test system to have a strong environmental adapta bility.However,it is difficult for commercial products to meet such requirements.Existing commercial products have poor performance in strong vibration and wide temperature operation,and the data transmission rate is difficult to achieve the practical application of the subject.In addition,for the download process of phased array radar massive test data,existing test equipments mostly use Gigabit Ethernet or USB 2.0 as the data download interface and adopt the direct downloading method.The data download time is long and the downloading efficiency is low.Focusing on the above issues,this paper developed a phased array radar test data transmission and processing system.The entire system uses the VPX architecture and therefore has high vibration resistance.The front-end fiber channel of the two VPX photoelectric conversion cards in the system uses the Serial Rapid IO protocol,which can achieve a total data transfer rate of 3244.14MB/s.The custom VPX is designed.The backplane is combined with the Xi linx Aurora protocol to transfer data from the photoelectric conversion card to the Flash memory card.The effective data transmission bandwidth can reach 3653.97 MB/s.At the same time,this paper designed a PCIe fiber interface card for downloading data from a Flash memory card to a computer.By designing the corresponding DMA controller,PCIe DMA high-speed data download is realized.In addition,this paper also designed the corresponding system software,used Win Driver to complete the design of the driver layer to support DMA transmission,and achieved record control,data download,streamlined file retrieval and data decomposition functions,making the test data download and pr ocessing process more efficient.The test results show that the phased array radar test data transmission and processing system designed in this paper not only can meet the requirements of high-speed data transmission under the actual engineering background,but also can meet the requirements of system reliability under complex test environment,and has certain test data processing capabilities.
