With the rapid development of social economy,with environmental protection,high productivity,small footprint and other advantages of the factory farming has gradually become the direction of aquaculture development.And our country is equipped with the industrialization of feeding technology research started late,most of the artificial feeding or rely on simple feeding machine,not only low feed utilization,labor intensity,and timing,quantitative accuracy is low.With the continuous improvement of feed prices and labor costs,it is imperative to develop automated and intelligentized feeding systems to improve feed utilization and reduce labor costs.Therefore,the development of regular,quantitative high precision,high degree of intelligence to meet the different farming environment of various types of automatic feeding system quickly become a hot research.In this paper,a set of automatic feeding system based on PLC control is put forward,which is based on the layout of the indoor factory and the automatic feeding demand.The specific contents are as follows:First,through the research on the working principle,the rail type automatic feeding system design requirements and technical indicators,to imitate the foreign feeding robot determines the overall design of the system,the mechanical structure of feeding,walking,feeding the three sub components of executive;Third,according to the overall design of the system,we draw the block diagram of the hardware components of the system,and complete the selection of hardware such as PLC,frequency converter and touch screen,and the electrical diagram of the corresponding terminals of each component.Three,according to the functional requirements of the automatic feeding system,to determine the control flow chart of feeding,walking,feeding 3 execution units,the distribution of automatic feeding system input / output,write the main program data can be set and cleared,feed conversion logic,can control the feeding machine forward and backward,feeding motor,feeding motor 1(2),throwing the motor start and stop,back to the origin,read and write clock subroutine;Fourth,The automatic monitoring system of PLC+ touch screen which can realize automatic feeding setting and real-time data query is designed.Complete the automatic feeding design of touch screen interface parameter setting,running state monitoring andreal-time data query,to establish a good man-machine dialogue,and has carried on the system debugging and operation,in the experimental platform to verify the effectiveness of the designed automatic feeding control system;Fifth,the experimental test on the walking speed,positioning accuracy,feeding velocity and feeding accuracy of the 4 system performance index,through the experimental analysis,the automatic feeding system can realize automatic feeding,fixed-point,timing,quantitative,uniform polishing automatic feed and process.
