With the rapid development of Internet technology,smart handheld devices which are viewed as mobile Internet access point has achieved a great development.As an important component of the touch screen,the preparation technology and quality requirements of the smart devices are becoming more and more important.The quality control of the touch screen is one of the most significant parts of the quality inspection.But at present,the majority of domestic manufacturers are using the artificial microscopy inspection method.This method's efficiency is very low and the detection result is very difficult to meet the development of modern touch screen industry requirements,as the standards differ from man to man.Foreign manufacturers of automation equipment is trying to apply the automated high-precision optical detection technology(AOI)to touch screen ITO conductive glass industry.AOI technology integrates the optical,mechanical,electrical,soft,computing and other cross field technology,with very broad application value.However,there is no report on the AOI technology of touch screen silver paste circuit in China up to now.In view of the seriousness of the problem and its application value,the theory and practical technology of the automatic optical inspection system,the location of the defects and the classification and recognition of the touch screen silver paste circuit are explored.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,based on the main characteristics of the touch screen silver paste circuit and the requirements of the industry for the detection of silver paste circuit,the main modules of the automatic optical inspection machine for the touch screen silver paste circuit are designed.According to the hardware module part and the software module part,the overall planning of the optical drawing module of the automatic optical system of the silver slurry line is classified into two aspects.The hardware module constitutes of optical module,motion module and image acquisition module.The software module constitutes of control module,communication module and image processing module.Finally,the whole optical imaging system and motion control system are designed.(2)Secondly,two aspects are studied by this thesis,which include the methods of image preprocessing,defect detection and classification of the silver paste circuit image.In the aspect of image preprocessing,image smoothing,image segmentation and morphological image processing are used to preprocess the collected image in order to extract the region of interest,which is convenient for subsequent extraction and detection.In the aspect of defect detection and classification,this paper mainly introduces the method and the purpose of producing coarse and fine template.In the aspect of defect detection,this paper introduces the image registration method based on mark points and the image matching method based on standard square difference matching.According to the geometric characteristics of the 6 defects,the defects are classified and recognized.(3)Finally,based on Windows development platform,using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 development environment,using QT,C++,OpenCV programming language to finish the entire software development system.Based on the needs and functions of the whole image processing module,a good human-computer interaction interface(GUI)is designed.The on-line real-time detection system including a series of function modules,such as building standard,detection,database report,motion control,etc.The experiment results show that,touch screen automatic optical inspection system for silver line can realize online real-time detection to achieve silver line on the width of not less than 25 ?m,the maximum panel size is 600mm×600mm in 45 s in the design of this paper,and 6 kinds of defects(break,concave,convex,short-circuit,wide line and narrow line)correct classification rate is beyond 90%.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can satisfy the requirements of the system and achieves a certain practical significance.
