The wave of mobile Internet has come one after another today,and has entered the heyday of Internet development.The continuous updating of media technologies has brought about earth-shaking changes in the spread of knowledge and culture.Changes are happening silently.As one of the achievements of the media technology advancement,the social question and answer community has redefined the way of dissemination of knowledge and brought together people's insights into everything in the world.The formation of a social network with both social and content is the leader in knowledge production and sharing in the Internet age.Zhihu Community is the leader of the Chinese Social Q&A community.As a new type of social network based on content and social networking,all behaviors are based on effective communication.This article examines the status quo of communication in the community from the perspective of communication science.It is conducive to knowing the effective dissemination and vigorous development of the community in the future,and is of significance for the sound development of the socialized question and answer community.This article analyzes the five communication factors in the community from the perspectives of communicators,audiences,media,content,and effects by using the 5W theory of Lasswell,and analyzes them through the 5W study of Zhihu Community.The community has established a social network that is connected by people,knowledge,and media,and has realized the multiple dissemination of information.Through the questionnaire survey of the community,the advantages and problems of knowing the status quo of community communication are clarified.Through the data analysis of the questionnaire,it can be seen that the community knows how to make the community stand out through building a structured,high-quality content,a friendly and welcoming community atmosphere,and a unique community culture,and become an advantage in its communication.Although it has been known that the community has achieved some successes,there are still issues such as the obvious polarization of the community,media attributes that are greater than social attributes,and the confrontation between scale and elitism.Chapter 5 of this paper gives practical suggestions for the above issues.First of all,subdivide user groups,increase user interaction,second,broaden the use of the scene,corresponding community credit system,and propose a communication optimization strategy that informs community.
