Design And Implementation Of Service Integration System For Public Security Operation Command

The public security operation command is a joint application that integrates functions such as dispatching police at 110,emergency command and disposal of public security emergencies,coordination and emergency policing activities,and intelligence early warning and disposal,and integrates and shares data resources across systems,especially on-demand real-time and controllable data integration puts forward higher requirements.Traditional data integration methods and tools based on ETL(Extract-Transformation-Loading)are mainly difficult-to-time data warehouse applications.They are difficult to meet the public security in terms of flexibility and immediacy.The above requirements put forward by the operation command.In response to this problem,a service integration system for public security operations command was designed and implemented.This system adopts the service-oriented concept and provides a flexible,data-enforced service and ETL process service to the data integration needs of the public security operation command.An efficient support system to support public security personnel on-demand data associations provides an effective scientific basis for public security operations command decisions.The main content of this article will be discussed from the following three aspects:(1)With the goal of supporting flexible data extraction,transformation,and loading,an ETL process model based on RESTful services is proposed.The model uses RESTful services that encapsulate data and its operations as configuration elements of the ETL process model to enable flexible configuration of the ETL process model.At the same time,by summarizing the needs of data integration in the public security operation command,based on this model,two typical data integration modes of point-to-point and star are given.(2)In response to dynamic and controllable data sharing requirements,a service-oriented architecture was designed to design a service integration system for public security operation command.At the same time,two types of core services,the basic data sharing service and the dynamic data sharing service involved in the public security operation command business are mainly designed,which can realize the service of source data,the service creation of ETL process creation and the service of data publication.(3)Applied in the construction of operation command platform software of a city public security operation command headquarters,supported the data integration among multiple business systems,and realized more than 60 dynamically configured ETL process models,showing a good apply effects.
