| The late 1950 s,"compiled" term appeared in the Chinese archives.The emergence of the word "compiled research" was quickly accepted by archivists across the country,after 1980 s,the influence of this term has expanded.Unlike the word "codification",this term mainly emphasizes the combination of "editing" and "researching",the “codification" mainly emphasizes the editing of archives according to a certain system.Compilation of archives is a special job that based on the archives,by the study of the contents of the archives,collection,screening and processing of archives,come into being different form of publications,to meet all the needs of the community.It is have positive effect on improving the overall level of archival work,playing a valuable role of archives,protecting the original archives.The local comprehensive archives collect a comprehensive record of local political,economic and cultural aspects,the archives compilation in the local comprehensive archives is the basic work that can development of archives information resources and provide it to public.It plays an important role to improving the level of archives,spreading the culture of archives and so on.After entering the 21 st century,especially the development of network technology,make the traditional archives work into a new vitality.In the 21 st century,the archives compilation has new features and faced with new opportunities and challenges.At the same time,People's awareness of the value of the archives and the demand of archival information continues to increase,virtually promoted the rapid development of compilation of archives.It is of great theoretical significance to study the compilation of archives in the 21 st century.This paper is based on field research and network survey,to analyzing the archives compilation of the subject,object,process and result of archives in Provincial Archives' in the 21 st century.Summing up the features of archives compilation in the Liaoning Provincial Archives in the 21 st century,such as the diversity and cooperation of the archives compilation's subject;the topic of socialization,wide selection of materials;research means semi-automation,the interactive of research methods;the achievements diversification of the types of research,networked communication,and then analyzing the problems and causes,finally put forward the improvement measures.Hope to be able to provide reference and reference to the future archives compilation in the Liaoning Provincial Archives,and the archives compilation in other archives in China. |
