The tourism crisis management is a process of ongoing crisis communication.Today,with the rapid development of media industry and media technology,the tourism crisis communication is becoming the critical factor,which determines if public crisis management would be successful.Government,mass media and public are the primary factors in the public crisis communication.They depend on each other,interplay and compose a complete symbiosis institution together.This thesis particularly focuses on the relationship among the government,mass media and public in the tourism crisis management.The purpose of this research is to answer the following three questions:1.what is the present condition of this relationship?2.where are the problems come from?3.how to reconstruct the relationships?In recent years,tourism industry in China has rapidly developed and bloomer into one of the most influential social and economic activities,due to the increasing of tourists.The rapid development of mobile Internet has exacerbated the spread of tourism crisis,public opinion events caused by tourism is increasing all the time,as well,many of them have caused a nationwide influences,or even craze overseas.I finds the current tourism crisis policy,media,and public agenda interactions are facing new challenges.Interactive subjects are more complex,interactive carriers are more diverse,topics are more content,and information is more concealed.Agenda interaction makes great contribution to information communication,public opinion guidance and the establishment in public emergency.the interaction of policy,media and public agenda is a dynamic process.policy agenda setting,media agenda setting and public agenda setting are the three key elements of agenda interaction,none them could be missed,the research on the characteristic,mechanism and influence factor of agenda interaction is one of the major parts od this study.such theories as agenda setting theory play great role in the research.It is a pleasure if this study can make any contribution to the improvement od the interaction mechanism of policy,media and public agenda and the management of crisis.
