Research On The Rural Library Construction In Lanzhou New Area

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the differences between urban and rural areas have been increasing.In order to adapt to the rapid development of rural economy,meet the cultural needs of rural residents,solve the problem of "reading books,borrow books and buy books".By the end of 2012,the construction of "Rural Library" in Gansu province had been completed.As the fifth state-level new area,Lanzhou new area is fully relying on the various policy advantages,and enlarging the construction of rural bookstore in the new area,which has achieved some achievements in the construction of the rural library,but also exposed a lot of problems.In Lanzhou new area,it is a research object,which is to investigate and discuss the current situation of the construction of the farmhouse.The research has found that the construction of the rural library in Lanzhou new area has been built,and the site of the book house is extensive,mainly by the council of the village council or by the village culture station.The source of the funds comes from the center,province and new area.Some villages and towns have been able to play farmhouse functions and promote the dissemination of popular science knowledge locally.In general,the farmhouse has had an effective effect on the local countryside of the Lanzhou new area,the culture of the farmers,the basic education,the popularization of agriculture and the expansion of agriculture and the development of the rural economy.However,during the investigation,we learned that the farm books have some problems with the money,the need of the book,and the marketing of the books.The author also makes distributional analysis on these problems,and the reasons for these problems are mainly due to the lack of understanding of the book room,the unclear source of the construction funds,the low utilization degree of the farmer's books and the low level of the basic education level.In the end,this article has brought up a number of ways to improve the economy and the social efficiency of the rural library in the course of the overall marketing campaign,the promotion,the reading guidance,the book management,and the book house supervising mechanism.
