In order to meet the ever-increasing application requirements,the complexity and complexity of software systems are increasing,resulting in increasing system failures and failure probabilities.To ensure the reliability and robustness of software system applications,it is very important to research and evaluate its reliability.At the same time,software reliability evaluation has become an important research content of system reliability.At present,most systems are mainly integrated systems composed of hardware and software.Therefore,in order to accurately assess the reliability of the software system,when considering the reliability of a system,it cannot be considered only from one aspect.This article takes the steam pipeline ultrasonic/infrared on-line monitoring system as the object and conducts relevant research on the reliability of the system.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze the current methods of system reliability assessment and their advantages and disadvantages.Since Petri nets can dynamically describe the changing process of the system,this paper proposes a system reliability assessment method based on the combination of software and hardware on the basis of Petri nets,and modeling,analysis and evaluation of the ultrasonic/infrared on-line monitoring system system reliability for steam pipelines.This method first establishes a hardware system-based software system reliability evaluation model,then uses Petri nets to describe the system architecture,and gives a subsystem calculation method based on different structures.The reliability of the subsystem is calculated layer by layer in a bottom-up manner and the overall reliability of the integrated system is finally obtained.Finally,the steam line ultrasonic/infrared on-line monitoring system is taken as an example,and the proposed method is used to calculate the reliability of the system.The experiment verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the method.(2)Based on the Markov process model,a reliability evaluation method based on cloud model and Markov process is proposed.It not only considers the impact of hardware failure and software failure on the system,but also analyzes the influence of external factors on system reliability.Firstly,the reliability model of the system is established using Markov process,and the reliability formula R(t)of the system is calculated.On this basis,the cloud model is used to analyze the influence of external factors on the reliability of the system,and a more accurate software reliability evaluation result is obtained.The experimental analysis shows that the system reliability obtained by this method is more reliable and accurate than the traditional Markov process model.Finally,using the cloud model to analyze the relevant parameters affecting system reliability.
