With the development of mobile Internet technology,modern society has entered the era of "micro",archives on the basis of original traditional services,needs to use micro platform,to provide users with the user as the center,based on user participation,the bidirectional interaction way,to optimize service process,the improvement for the whole process of information resources sharing,more fair,convenient and high quality public services.Archives micro-service is an important move of archives service transformation.New public service theory,customer relationship management theory,and the theory of user information demand analysis for the micro service provides a new theoretical basis of archives,and big data analysis,data mining technology,artificial intelligence technology,information push technology as the foundation of archives of micro service provides a new technology,new development of the theory and technology make archives service represents a feature of personalization,initiative and interactivity.Using the literature research method,case study method and comparative study method and other methods of archives WeChat,micro blog,APP,etc from the overall situation,the service content and the existence question has carried on the investigation and analysis,found the archives micro-service although across multiple platforms,the account number is more,but the service content is relatively single,the insufficiency of personalized,professional,characteristics,etc,and there is a big gap between the government,the enterprise's micro service.Therefore,the author put forward some concrete improvement measures in combination with related cases respectively in WeChat,micro blog,APP,and proposed archives service system model,guidance for archives of micro service development model.Archives of micro-service model should include six aspects,organization structure layer,technical support layer,service content layer,service team layer,user group team layer and evaluation feedback layer:the first to build a micro-service organization structure of archives,and a corresponding system for micro-services and standards,and secondly by forming the archives service team,composed of experts and ordinary workers with WeChat,micro blog,APP micro service platform and data mining,data analysis,data push micro-services such as technical support,provide users with content of collection resources,knowledge and information service,the user to evaluate archives of micro service feedback,the organization structure of micro service,technology and service team,service content and so on improvement Suggestions and measures are put forward.Archives micro-service should carry on the improvement and optimization from concept,content,method and team,set up the concept of micro-service consciousness,to form a micro-service team of professionals,creating micro-service content,pay more attention to personalization,initiative,interaction.From a legal,policy,technology,capital and so on to provide safeguard mechanism for micro-service archives,and towards intelligent archives,collaborative decay service development.
