The Design And Implementation Of Residents' Health Examination Information Management System

The establishment of a unified and standardized residents' health records management system has become an important measure to perfect medical information management system in our country,and it has become a key method to improve the health consciousness of the whole people in our country and the medical hygelan level.In recent years,though the construction of residents' health records management system in our country has achieved certain results,according to the relevant departments' feedback and field investigation,the construction and application of system still exist defects.On the one hand,the data formats of different health information management systems are not compatible with each other which leading to the information in the systems difficult to be shared.And the duplication of data entry tasks bring heavy works and low efficiencies;On the other hand,some medical institutions failed to realize the dynamic exchange of data between the daily health service records and health records system,leading to the data which cost a large number of human and material resources to be useless.Therefore,how to solve the existing problems has become the key to the implementation of the residents' health record system with the design concept that whenever the data generated,the system will take the initiative to push,and the data collected by one party can be shared with all parties.Based on the design concept and the investigation in Enshi,Yichang and Huanggang etc,this paper design and implement the residents' health examination information management system which is the subsystem of health records management system,with more operational and reasonable structure.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.After analyzed the feasibility and application demand of the system,this paper put forward the design of system to acquisite and deal with the basic health information of residents and their family members,which are associated with each other.In this paper,the various functional modules of the system are rational designed,and the E-R diagrams of the database in the information management of the system are given out.Combined with the analysis of the system's feasibility and demands,the health information management system has been realized on the.NET development platform by using C# and SQL Server database programming technology.This paper focused on the design and implementation process of residents' health examination information management system.Firstly,according to the demands of the system,this paper described the design of the modules and the database of system.Secondly,this paper elaborated the implementation process of the system function module including the residents' and their family members' information management modules,the health examination information management module,the users' information management module and so on.Finally,it's proved that the system has achieved the desired target by testing the function and performance of the system.And the system has the characteristics of convenient collection,multi share,dynamic update,real-time management etc.The system can effectively eliminate the problem which caused by the traditional systems that the information can not be shared between the primary medical institutions.And the system provides reliable and convenient real-time services for residents and medical staffs.
