Electronic Health Record( EHR )is the focus of concern in modern society. For better public health services and the maximum degree of public medical institutions for social and health services.This thesis sets its project on the design and implementation of Regional Health Information System for project, with detailed introduction of the most basic application system and its structure of implementing a data exchange platform, the logical design, implementation and application for testing.This system is designed to support multiple business, design and implementation.Using B/S system, based on j2ee integration of system development, and the SOA type of data exchange technology, safety, middleware platform technique and BI technology.This thesis conducts a certain study about the development and technical background of Regional Health Information, with a combination of the regional construction of Xuanwu District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province , and in certain extent , combined the innovative ideas and practical use. This combination, and on the basis of this system realizes the system of basic management, personal health information management, family health information management, community health information management module, which each module realized with practical value corresponding specific functions, such as personal health information management module, realize the information building, inquires the, modify, and importing and batch export, and other functions.The framework of the product and the technical design in this thesis follow the rules of software engineering and project management. There is argument about the B/S framework and the system under the mode of J2EE. And there is also a detailed analysis about the needs of Regional Health Information System, with technical discussions and support. Within the progress of the system design and implementation, there is scientific and organized performance and function testing. All of above lead to the systematic development and implementation of the application.
