With the arrival of innovation driven development period,the role of science and technology in economic and social development has been enhanced.With the further development of the national science and technology innovation system,School-enterprise collaborative innovation has become an important part of the construction of an innovative country in China.The scientific research in Colleges and universities is closely related to the development of social economy.At present,the independent innovation ability of enterprises is limited,and it is difficult to solve the major development problems of the industry by itself.It is a hot topic to find the right partner between school and enterprise.This paper reviews the research status of the mode,performance evaluation,tacit knowledge dissemination and the intensity of schoolenterprise collaborative innovation at home and abroad.This paper gives the necessity of measuring the intensity of collaborative innovation from the perspective of multi relationship and multi-source based on the connotation of school-enterprise collaborative innovation.Finally,the author proposes to use Stouffer liptak method to organically integrate the six main collaboration and citation relationships.Before that,the paper firstly explains the specific ways to construct the cooperative relationship papers,the joint application of patents,the direct citation relationship patents,the relationship patents and the coupling relationship patents between school and enterprise,and then explains the realization framework of the relationship integration in detail: Firstly,the values of the four matrices are transformed into the corresponding Z-score matrix,which includes school-enterprise collaboration partnership,tthe relationship between enterprise patent citation and university thesis,tttthe relationship of enterprise patent cited in university papers and weighted direct citation matrix of school and enterprise patent;Secondly,this paper needs to use Delphi Method to distinguish the importance of each relationship;Then,it is transformed into a new Z value according to the fusion method proposed by Stouffer-liptak;Lastly,although it is possible to compare the strengths of different school and enterprise,it can theoretically take any value of [-?,+ ?],especially negative value,and it's not easy to compare and observe.Therefore,it need be further transformed.This paper transforms to [0-100].The value is closer to 100,the collaborative innovation intensity between school and enterprise is the higher.This paper uses papers and patent data in the field of nanostructured material as examples to analyze and test the new measurement model.In the results,the author analyzes the overall distribution of school-enterprise collaboration,the regional characteristics of school enterprise collaboration,the types of school-enterprise collaboration and the typical individuals of school-enterprise collaboration.At the same time,it compares the fusion model and the single relationship model.The following three points are obtained from the analysis of the paper: first,in terms of the overall distribution of schoolenterprise collaboration,the intensity of school-enterprise collaboration innovation obeys distribution rules of document concentrating and scattering;Second,in terms of regional characteristics of school-enterprise collaboration,school-enterprise collaboration has obvious regional characteristics: enterprises prefer to choose universities in their own provinces for collaborative innovation,and enterprises prefer to cooperate with universities in provinces with strong scientific and educational strength for collaborative innovation;third,In terms of the types of university enterprise collaboration,University of science and technology and Comprehensive colleges and Universities,which is higher the platform,have the more advantages in the field of nanotechnology.According to this article,multi-relationship and multisource can measure the collaborative innovation between school and enterprise more comprehensively and scientifically.And regional and subject strength are the important factors that affect the collaborative innovation between school and enterprise.
