Today,innovation has become the main driving force to promote the development of economy and society,knowledge innovation became the core elements of the nation's competitiveness.To keep the international competitive advantage under this environment,various countries and regions choose the innovation-driven development as the primary strategy.U-E collaborative innovation is a new form for universities and enterprises to establish cooperation in depth,which can realize the effect of resource sharing and advantage complementing between universities and enterprises,producing a "1 + 1>2" effect,and improve the effectiveness of innovation to a great extent.On the basis of literature study and theoretical analysis,this paper introduced the method of computational experiment of social science into the analysis of U-E collaborative innovation,built the artificial society computational experimental model of U-E collaborative innovation system,and carried out the quantitative analysis of the micro level.In addition to review and summarize the current research both at home and abroad,main content of this paper are followings:First,carried out a theory analysis of U-E collaborative innovation system,and some basic preparation for using computational experiment with applicability analysis;Second,take a in-depth analysis of U-E collaborative innovation system,built behavior model for each participation,analyzed and built the quantitative model for input,output,expectation,cooperative willingness,strategy adjustment of universities and enterprises in the process of cooperative innovation,that is,the Agent Model of universities and enterprises;Third,based on the quantitative expression of the Agent Model,built the Artificial Society Model of U-E collaborative innovation system,then using the NetLogo platform to realize the computerization of the Artificial Society Model.Finally,set several types of typical situation,carried out experimental analysis of U-E collaborative innovation,and came to the following conclusions:First,one important foundation for the U-E collaborative innovation system to remain stable for a long time is to distribute interests reasonably;Second,one significant symbol when the U-E collaborative innovation system remaining stable for a long time is the strength of cooperation intention keeps in a stable range for both universities and enterprises.Third,the relative knowledge level of universities and enterprises will have profound influence on the development of U-E collaborative innovation system.
