Research On The Policy Supply Of College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship

Today,with the continuous development of social economy,the number of college students is increasing,resulting in serious employment problems.Since the reform and opening up,China was once considered to be the world factory.In order to get rid of the hat of the world factory and change the image of the entire economic development,the government has proposed a transition from "Made in China" to "Made in China".Entrepreneurship is in such a history.The background came into being.As a participant in innovation and entrepreneurship,the author deeply understands the importance of entrepreneurship.According to the website of the Ministry of Education,the number of college graduates in the country has reached 7.9 million in 2017,and it has reached 8.2 million in 2018.The employment situation has become increasingly severe.In order to alleviate the severe employment pressure,the state encourages college students to start their own businesses,and constantly develops and launches various entrepreneurial support policies to provide a better entrepreneurial environment for college students who are engaged in entrepreneurship.How to effectively protect and guide the smooth development of college students' entrepreneurship,and provide targeted and feasible support policies that are truly suitable for college students' entrepreneurship,so that policies can truly reflect the needs and voices of college students in the entrepreneurial process,and do a good job to ensure effective protection.The development of college students' entrepreneurial activities will increase the success rate of entrepreneurship.This paper mainly uses literature analysis method,system analysis method,discussion forum,field research method and other research methods to study the policy supply of college introduction,which gives a detailed explanation of the background and significance of this research.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper,introduces the relevant theories about the supply of innovation and entrepreneurship policy,and lays a solid theoretical support for this paper.The third part is adopted.The status quo of the supply policy of entrepreneurship policy is analyzed in detail,especially the case of innovation and entrepreneurship of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example.The fourth part is based on the previous part,to find out the shortcomings of the supply of innovation and entrepreneurship policy.The cause of the deficiency;the fifth part is to make targeted optimization suggestions for the problems raised in the fourth part;the sixth part is the conclusion.In view of the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship,the article appeals to policy providers to solve the problem that the existing policies are not up-to-date,the supply of entrepreneurial policies is insufficient,the implementation effect of entrepreneurial policies and the original intention of entrepreneurial policies are deviated,etc.The system,the demand-oriented optimization of the supply of entrepreneurial policies and the use of policy supply to further optimize the entrepreneurial environment to achieve effective supply of innovative entrepreneurship policies,so as to better protect the development of college students' entrepreneurship.
