Optimization Of Government Procurements Internal Control For Vocational And Technical Colleges Of G City

Higher vocational colleges are basic talent education bases,bearing the mission of training hi gh-skilled talents at the grass-roots level for the country,and playing an important role in pro moting the development of the country.The purchasing activities of higher vocational colleg es can not only serve better for the school education,but also provide more reliable service f or colleges education management,talent training,integration of industry and education,and experimental and practical training.As a public higher vocational colleges,should follow re levant laws and regulations to reasonably use funds when conducting government procureme nt,so the internal management of government procurement in higher vocational colleges is p articularly important.Based on the investigation and analysis of some higher vocational coll eges,this paper is divided into four parts based on the differentiated characteristics of procur ement process,management structure,internal control management system and other aspects.Through researches into four types of colleges and universities of government procurement staff in key difficulties encountered in the actual work,combining literature research,empiri cal study and comparative research,using public management theory,rent-seeking theory an d attribution theory,higher vocational colleges is facing in the process of government procur ement management of internal control of the management structure of unclear cause job func tions,regulation does not reach the designated position,fuzzy boundaries long procurement process,procurement problems such as inefficient on deep analysis and put forward correspo nding countermeasures,including clear governance,strengthen internal supervision,reasona bly positioned,post responsibilities,optimization of process,the key controls.The optimizati on of internal control management of government procurement in higher vocational colleges plays a crucial role in the development of the school.In theory,it can help to better control m anagement in the whole process control of the government procurement project.
