Research On The Restrictive Factors And Breakthrough Path Of CUBA Event Copyright Development

In 2018,the latest guidance on sports events issued by the State Council mentioned that in2025,100 top sports events and 100 sports competition performance brands with independent IP will be launched to encourage the development of sports events with independent IP.CUBA League,as the university sports competition performance brand with independent IP in China,has been expanding since its establishment.However,due to the fact that all aspects of the university sports competition industry are in a state of renewal,and the partners in all aspects have been changed,there are some factors restricting the development in the process of the development of Cuba competition copyright.This paper takes this as a starting point to consider The copyright development of Cuba events in the previous stage is studied.Firstly,this paper defines the copyright of sports events.Through the collection of previous literature,it is found that there is no unified view on the copyright of sports events in the academic community.Therefore,in the part of defining relevant concepts,this paper defines the copyright of sports events in combination with the views of experts and scholars,and believes that there is a subordinate relationship between the broadcasting right and the copyright of sports events.The media broadcasting right of sports events is the body A type of copyright within the scope of the copyright of educational events.In addition to the media copyright of sports events,the copyright of sports events also includes the right to allow brand commercial sponsorship and derivative development rights,which are authorized by the event organizers.The research on the copyright development of ucba events is carried out from three aspects of the media broadcasting,derivative development rights and sponsorship rights.Through the research on the current situation of Cuba event copyright development,the following deficiencies are found: insufficient explanatory talents,unable to implement the new model;less efforts to develop derivatives;incomplete development of sponsorship;lack of stability in event cooperation.In view of these points,the following suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the cooperation between colleges and universities,to build the league's own training system for commentators;to dig deep into derivative development around the copyright content;to improve the return of sponsorship,to promote the full implementation of sponsorship;to build a stable sponsorship relationship.Focusing on the current situation of Cuba copyright development and combining with the current copyright developmentenvironment,this paper finds out the factors that restrict the development of Cuba Copyright: the competitiveness of domestic competition brands is fierce;the parties of copyright development are not mature;the definition of competition copyright is vague;the protection of competition copyright is difficult.In view of the existing constraints,this paper puts forward several breakthrough paths: multi-level combination to improve the brand attraction of the event;event sales restructuring,using the advantages of the association to form the operation mode of production,learning and research;practice + theory to promote the improvement of relevant concepts of event copyright;promote the construction of legal system,strengthen the protection of event copyright,and call for the acceleration of the legislation of event copyright...
