Integration Of Social Work Into Community Social Organizations For Support

Community social organizations have significant advantages in areas such as community autonomy and services,and community residents' social participation.Under the guidance of the deepening of social transformation,the optimization of the national governance system,and the increasing improvement of governance capabilities,the party and government are paying increasing attention to the development of social organizations.The author combined the documentary data with the internship experience in community social organizations and found that there are geographical advantages and imbalances in the development of community social organizations in China.Therefore,it is particularly critical to explore the balanced development of community social organizations and provide effective social support.The author's field research found that the following problems existed in the process of social organizations' access to social support: First,the type of social organizations was single and the social support power was weak.Second,the community lacks a systematic and standardized platform for the management and support of social organizations,and lacks a corresponding evaluation and incentive mechanism.The third is that social organizations and communities are not tightly connected and have insufficient stickiness,and there is a low degree of matching between the needs of social organizations and community residents' service needs,and low levels of resident support.Fourth,there is a large stock of social organizations introduced in the community,but the degree of specialization is low,and the mutual support rate between organizations is low.Fifth,social organization services are not deepened,service innovation is inadequate,and some organization project books are not standardized,which affects their support.Sixth,social organization employees have low income,high staff turnover rate,lack of stable financial support to organize project activities,and lack of efficient communication channels among different organizations.These are the constraints to their support.This article focuses on community social organization support from the perspective of social work.Carry out research with D community Y public welfare development center as the research object.Supported by theoretical perspectives such as superiority perspectives,social development and community development,and social support,it is based on social work administration,community social work methods,and social research methods.On the basis of sorting out the problems faced in the development of community social organizations,throughexploration and research,we put forward suggestions based on the community based on the community,building a talent pool of community social organization experts,and building a shared community service platform.Propose innovative social organization talent training mechanisms for community social organizations,try to explore joint organizational training of talents,retain talents with mechanisms and benefits,optimize and integrate organizational resources and expand resource linking methods,standardize writing project books,set growth record books and go out Social work professional misunderstanding and other suggestions.At the social level,it is suggested that society should increase attention to the problems existing in the development of community social organizations and social organizations,and create favorable conditions for the whole society;all departments should actively implement relevant policies,and provide tax reduction and exemption support to social organizations to reduce or reduce Related taxes and other suggestions.Suggestions for schools to give play to the role of the school in cultivating professional talents in social work.For front-line workers,it is proposed that front-line workers will implement the work plan on time,find and feedback relevant problem information in time,do a good job of communication and coordination,and work together to promote the development of the organization and service.For those with professional knowledge of social work,it is suggested to pass social work concepts in work and study,disseminate social work service methods,exert innovative thinking in project services,explore and develop new service models,and give play to innovative advantages in project design.In addition,it also puts forward suggestions to build a community social organization support system,solve the problem of social organization development,and promote the construction and improvement of the community social organization support platform system.
