Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Social Organization Cultivation From The Perspective Of Social Capital Theory

In the new century,a series of social contradictions have become prominent.The reform of social governance has gradually been put on the agenda of our government's work.Among them,the focus and foundation of social governance is community governance,and community social organizations have received more and more attention from all parties in providing community services.Community social organizations are vigorously nurtured by local governments and communities because they can have significant effects on optimizing the community governance system,promoting high-quality grassroots social governance,and building a good social governance pattern.The development of community social organizations requires not only the strong support and scientific guidance of relevant government policies,but also the cultivation of professional workers in all aspects.Social work is compatible and empirical in the cultivation of community social organizations.This research takes the "Gathering Force and Zero Distance" social work project in Jinan J community as an example,analyzes the practical process of social workers cultivating community social organizations from the perspective of social capital theory,and analyzes the effectiveness of their intervention in the function of community social capital.,Discuss its existing problems,and try to propose corresponding improvement measures.This study uses qualitative research methods of medium-length interview research methods,and selects J community social organizations in Jinan City as the research object.The research includes professional social workers,community social organization leaders,volunteer members,community residents committee cadres,and community residents.In-depth interviews with 16 interviewees.First,it introduces and analyzes the basic situation and needs of J community social organizations before the intervention of social work.Secondly,from the perspective of professional intervention in social work,it sorts out the cultivation practice of community social organizations.Then,comparing the four aspects of social capital theory trust,network,norms,and reciprocity,it is found that social work has been involved in the cultivation of community social organizations.Community trust is cultivated,community networks are expanded,community organization norms are strengthened,community reciprocity is deepened,and projects are cultivated It has a far-reaching impact,and analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the involvement of social work in the cultivation of community social organizations,and proposes improved countermeasures and better paths for social work in the process of cultivating community social organizations in the future.Finally,the conclusion of this research is put forward.The social work from the perspective of social capital theory has produced good results in the cultivation of community social organizations.However,the cultivation and development of community social organizations cannot be achieved overnight.It requires continuous problem solving and long-term operation.
