A Study Of The Village Order Under Rural Bludgers Involvement

Rural bludgers in rural society have gradually been concerned and studied by the academia since the 21 st century.The rural bludgers,as a special group in the countryside,has become a grasper to understand the rural order.As a kind of social force between the normal social organization and the underworld organization,the existence of rural bludgers in the villages has made a certain impact on the current rural order.In this paper,we use empirical research method to investigate the rural order under the intervention of the rural bludgers through the case study of F Township in Hebei Province.This paper mainly studies the endogenous order and embedded order of rural society,namely,the order of interpersonal relationship and the order of grass-roots governance.The study found that the intervention of the rural bludgers changed the original rural order,on the one hand changed the order of rural interpersonal relations,on the other hand changed the order of rural grass-roots governance.The intervention of the rural bludgers has changed the original order of interpersonal relationship based on acquaintance society and the pattern of difference sequence,which leads to the alienation of traditional acquaintance society and the rational trend of the pattern of difference sequence in rural society.The intervention of the rural bludgers changed the original order of grass-roots governance in rural society,led to the phenomenon of grass-roots governance gray,and then causes the decline of the villagers' sense of identity to the grass-roots government.From the point of view of the order of rural interpersonal relationships,the way of "violence instead of favor" and "violence gains face" were used by the rural bludgers to intervene in the daily life of the rural society,which directly impacted the traditional social communication logic of rural acquaintances,resulting in the rupture of the order of favor and the failure of the face mechanism.The involvement of rural bludgers not only results in the alienation of social communication logic of acquaintances,but also leads to the alienation of village morality.The style of violent behavior of the bludgers has disturbed the normal order of the public village opinion,which further weakened the public village opinion;the value orientation of emphasizing "benefit" but neglecting "righteousness" has impacted the value pursuit of "propriety" according to the pattern of difference sequence,and the villagers affected by the bludgers have paid more and more attention to the actual interests,andthe pattern of difference sequence is becoming more and more rational.From the perspective of the order of rural grass-roots governance,the rural bludgers involved in the grass-roots governance through the way of "capturing formal power" and "intercepting project resources",which disturbed the formal order of grass-roots governance.The rural bludgers capture the formal power by means of "improper election" and "economic bribery",and they realize the embezzlement of project resources in "project striving" and "project implement".They are involved in grassroots governance,disturb the formal governance order and grab the gray interests.In addition,because of the violent characteristics of the rural bludgers themselves,they are also recommended in the governance process as a special means of governance.They intervene in the rural grass-roots governance in the way of grey governance.The involvement of the rural bludgers in the grass-roots governance order damages the actual governance effect of the grass-roots government and led to the grey of governance,which has led to a decline in the villagers' sense of identity to the grassroots government.
