Public Correction For The Rural Order Of Sub-health

For a long time the Chinese countryside in a relatively independent state, it is lessintervention by the central government. The villagers make a living farming and generationrelative to the passage, and developed based on the natural conditions and the real interestsof the countryside village rules clan rules. Each villager must comply with and maintain inline with the needs of the community. Whith is formation of a set of effective rules ofnatural modality and assured characteristics. At present, external forces and villageendogenous forces collide with checks and balances, and the rural social order as the themodern external forces enter Alteration and Reconstruction. Rural socio-economic form ofa fundamental change in the modernization, urbanization and commercialization oriented,and the loss of rural society a lot of human, financial and rural capital. These problems ledto the decline of the countryside and the rural order of sub-health, and led to a series ofconflicts and problems of the long-term development of Chinese rural society. Due tochanges in the orientation of the different interests, social relations, values andpolitical attitudes: Villagers between the original inherent political and social consistency isbroken, and friction began to appear among the various sectors, and the gap between richand poor has expanded dramatically. As a result of these factors, the rural social order as awhole, being in a healthy condition.This article employs social anthropology and political science methods, and focuses onthe S village located at Southwest Hubei Province. Through the Interviews andinvestigations conducted, I observed the day-to-day village social life scene, and carefullystudied within the rural simple and complex social relations, and long-term follow-upsurvey of individual cases. And display the behavior logic and selection logic embedded indifferent entities based on villages’ common identification of "public and private concepts".In this paper, Rural Social Transformation lead to social mobility, social differentiation,interpersonal utilitarian, family and marriage sub-health, the villagers value cultural andethical emptiness and spiritual beliefs blank such as profiling, analysis, selection logic fromthe behavior of the villagers. From the village tradition, re-creation, development andprotection of the local culture, the village cadres to actively take the lead role, thedevelopment and implementation of national agricultural policy, and the intermediary roleof rural specialized cooperative organizations proposed in this paper, the effectivegovernance of the rural social order.
