With the deepening of national strategic health China,health education,especially school health education,has become a hot issue in the academic community as a core part of healthy China construction.High school health education has long been in a state of "poverty" due to objective factors such as academic pressure,although the promulgation and implementation of the "Senior High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(201 7)" further clarified the content and academic quality of high school health education.Requirements,but the quality improvement of health education in high school is still an urgent problem to be solved.In particular,the need for students' health education needs to be consistent with the implementation of school health education.In this study,using the literature method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,the H High School of Wuhan City,Hubei Province was used as a case to design a school health education implementation questionnaire through an 8-week field trip.Student Volume),School Health Education Implementation Questionnaire(Teacher Volume)and High School Health Risk Behavior Questionnaire survey to investigate the health risk behaviors and health education needs of 434 students in 3 grades of H school.At the same time,through the text combing and teacher interviews and other forms to sort out the implementation of school health education,analyze the school health education "implementation" and "student problems".The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The top-level design of high school health education needs to be strengthened.It is associated with low health risk behaviors in health education goal setting and implementation evaluation.For example,health education implementation relies too much on superior guidance,health education goal setting is simple and fuzzy,and leadership And teachers do not know the target,the health education evaluation link is seriously lacking,the existing evaluation subject,and the single method have low effect on students' health promotion.(2)The high school health education management system lags behind the national policy requirements.The health education implementation approach is incompatible with the students' health risk behaviors.The role of the "Sports and Health" curriculum in health education has not been effectively played.The current health education,despite various forms,However,there are still problems such as insufficient innovation in educational forms,weak attraction,and low student satisfaction.(3)The implementation content of high school health education is low in conformity with students' health risk behaviors,and the problems in health education "supply" and"need" correspondence,school-based health education curriculum resources development,etc.,such as narrowing health education into health education and safety education The focus of health education supply deviates from the actual needs of students.
