Fitness and bodybuilding originated in ancient Greece,especially in the United States,since the 1980s,the United States has been "fit" in the form of fitness course teaching.Chinese fitness and fitness courses were first carried out in the form of weightlifting and bodybuilding courses.Until 2010,the China Fitness and Fitness Association revised a relatively comprehensive fitness and bodybuilding teaching material,and fitness and bodybuilding courses began to be conducted in various universities.Although fitness and fitness courses have not been developed for a long time in Chinese universities and colleges,they have developed rapidly.Once it was the privilege of boys.Now,with the high development of society,the demand for talents is more based on knowledge and talents,and there is not much gender difference.More and more girls are also participating in the sport.Because of the influence of various "bodybuilding"trends and the unremitting pursuit of beauty at the club,female college students have continuously increased their attention to their appearance,how to increase their personal charisma and enhance their self-confidence.For most female college students,This is a matter of urgency and relevance.Through fitness and bodybuilding exercise,you can sharpen your will,build a healthy,good body,demonstrate personal charm,and better display your own ability.In view of this,this research uses the methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and so on.With 30 girls who love fitness and fitness sports at Taihu College in Wuxi and hope to achieve fitness and fitness through fitness and fitness sports,they conducted fitness and fitness training for 1.5 H each time for 32 weeks,3 times a week.Analyze and summarize practical experience,For more girls to participate in fitness training,improve body shape,improve physical and mental health,improve the theoretical basis and practical guidance.The specific findings of the study are as follows:(1)bodybuilding has a great influence on the physical shape of female college students.The height,weight,body fat percentage(BMI),shoulder width,upper arm circumference,lower chest circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference of female college students were significantly different from those before the experiment(P<0.01),upper chest circumference and thigh circumference were not significantly different(P>0.05).It shows that after 32 weeks of fitness and fitness training,the body fat of female college students'chest,shoulder,buttocks and legs decreases and their muscle circumference increases.With the full breast muscles,the waist and abdomen are upright and the shoulders are expanded,the whole body shape is more relaxed and shapely,showing a healthy and beautiful strength.(2)bodybuilding can improve the physical function and physical quality of female college students.After 32 weeks of fitness and fitness training,heart rate and vital capacity were significantly different(P<0.01),heart rate decreased by 5.57 BPM and lung capacity increased by 116.94 ml on average.Secondly,it can improve physical fitness such as strength,speed and endurance.In the six physical fitness neutral standing long jump,sit-ups,50M,800M,push-ups were significantly different from those before the experiment(P<0.01):standing long jump average score increased by 7.16CM,sit-ups increased by 3.17 on average,and 50M running average accelerated by 0.01..26 seconds,800M runs averaged 21.34 seconds faster,and average push ups increased by 3.9.There was no significant difference between the sitting forward flexion and the pre-experimental flexion.With the increase of muscle strength and circumference of each joint,the extensibility and elasticity of the muscles and ligaments in the leg,hip and lumbar back,which were related to the sitting forward flexion,affected each other,and the number of sitting forward flexion did not increase significantly(P>0.05).(3)Fitness and fitness exercise can relieve the psychological pressure of female college students and improve their mental health.There were significant differences in 9 factors including somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia and psychosis before and after the experiment(P<0.01),indicating that the mental health level of students had been improved.Among them,somatization mainly reflects subjective discomfort.The improvement of somatization shows that the students'body perception ability is improved by fitness and bodybuilding,the body is more sensitive,the self-health consciousness is stronger,the self-control is stronger,the body can be better perceived,the self-knowledge is better,and the self-confidence is strengthened;the female students are trained by fitness and bodybuilding.The personality of college students is more lively and sunny,and the trust between people and people will also increase.
