Objective:This study for female college students’body shape, function and physical quality index of index changes shape up exercises, and self-confidence questionnaire, to reveal the artistic gymnastics physical training of female college students’ physical health impacts, and guide the female college students scientific fitness, provide a reference in order to improve the physical fitness of female college students.Methods:60 female college students in normal colleges and universities were selected as the subjects, and the physical training for 16 weeks was carried out. The training method was used in this paper. The changes of body shape, physical function, physical quality and self confidence of the students before and after training were tested by the group itself. At the same time, the physical training was tested before and after the implementation of the above indicators. The training effect analysis was performed by paired t test.Results:1.16 Art Week body training of gymnastics, female college students’ height and weight change is not obvious, does not have significant difference (P> 0.05) and BMI average fell 0.14, BMI before and after physical training has significant difference (P<0.05).2. The shape up exercises, female college students bust without significant difference (P> 0.05), upper arm circumference, thigh circumference, waist circumference and hip circumference with significant difference (P< 0.05). Before and after the 3 artistic gymnastics physical training, abdominal skinfold thickness, thigh skinfold thickness, body fat percentage, body fat weight has significant difference (P< 0.05), thin weight had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The 4 Artistic Gymnastics physical training, the average vital capacity increased by 190.99ml before and after the training, with a significant difference (P< 0.05).5. The shape up exercises, reflecting body function indicators, in addition to 50 meters run without significantly increased, standing long jump, body anteflexion in sitting position, sit ups,800 meter run were improved (P< 0.05), with significant difference. 60 female students’ self confidence overall level increase. The shape up exercises, teaching experiment, sense of inferiority by 7 people fell to 5 people; self ordinary by 39 people fell to 21; self-confidence by nine people increased to 30 people, super confident change small.Research conclusion:1 the establishment of a set of suitable for ordinary university female university students artistic gymnastics body exercise combination, for a period of 16 weeks of training.2. Through to the studies on the preparation of artistic gymnastics body training action of combination of analysis of the results of the implementation, it was proved that the physical training of female college students’body shape, physical function, physical fitness and self-confidence are good role in promoting, and to help female college students improve body shape, improve physical fitness and self-confidence.
