Existing Circumstances Of The First Batch Of Leisure Sports Community In Zhejiang Province

The author of this paper combines domestic documents and materials on the development of leisure sports communities as well as the experience and achievements of the development of leisure sports communities abroad.According to five elements like Resource characteristic,planning and implementation,integration of culture,service management as well as industry merged,at the same time,by using the methods of documentation,case study,field investigation,interview and mathematical statistics,the data and materials obtained from the survey on the development status of sports and leisure towns in Zhejiang Province are analyzed and studied,and the following conclusions are drawn:There is a big gap in the development of seven sports and leisure towns in Zhejiang Province,and there are common problems in the development.The main system lies in the difficulties of land use examination and approval,investment attraction,talent introduction,market development,remote geographical location,traffic restrictions,insufficient financial security and so on.The paper puts forward the scientific selection of the above-mentioned problems,exerts its characteristics,clarifies the construction goals,follows the green concept,adheres to the three subjects “cultivating”;guarantees the supply of factors,establishes the market mechanism;promotes industrial integration,and builds the industrial chain and other five specific suggestions.
