Family is the earliest and crucial place for the growth of young children.The close blood relationship between parents and children makes parents playing the very important role in the development of the infants.As the first teacher of the infants,parents undertake the important responsibilities of early education.Many qualities of early education,such as educational knowledge,concepts,methods and abilities,are not innate and require parents to obtain by learning.As a specialized early education institution,kindergarten provides a high-quality educational environment for the development of the infants;yet kindergarten parent school is the significant pathway for parents' education,it provides convenient and efficient conditions for parents to improve their knowledge of the early education,meanwhile,it promotes the quality of early childhood education through the form of kindergarten-home cooperation.Xingtai W Kindergarten Parent School is a provincial model kindergarten parent school.It has a long history and good reputation,its teaching effect has been widely recognized by parents.This study summarizes the school's successful experience in school-running concept,organization and management,teaching content and opening form by means of observation,questionnaires and interviews,explores the idea of actively promoting the participation of family subjects in "home-based co-education",and tries to put forward more detailed and operational plans for parents' participation in order to provide enlightenment for kindergartens of the same kind.However,some defects are also found in the study,for example,not enough awareness for parents to the importance of kindergarten parents' schools,the imperfect management mechanism of kindergarten parents 'schools,the insufficient attention paid by kindergarten parents' schools to intergenerational education and the weak training of professional teachers in kindergarten parents' schools,etc.In the end,as an on-the-job specialized postgraduate student,I am fortunately having more opportunities to participate in teaching activities in the kindergarten,and to put forward some countermeasures based on the personal practical experience,the author also hopes to promote the improvement of the kindergarten parent school.
