Parents are the important partners in our daily job. Our kindergarten should carry out our parenting job frequently and scientifically, we should take a good advantage of the educational resources. The kindergarten and the parent community should work together hand in hand, side by side to try our best to achieve the most efficient result. We should build up the same educational value and methods for the kids, with combining all the resources so that we can work together and form a harmony construction, which will promote this work into the smooth way. And it will be good for the kids’ development.This construction is based on our practical work and the basic time layer. We emphasis we construct it in a careful and serious attitude. We try to turn it into a real construction. When the kids are sent into the kindergarten, every kid and every family,in fact. Just at that time,we have a true relationship with one another. We are a family. We look forward to achieve the goals like we respect each other, we can understand each other, we can tolerant each other and develop in the right way by different communications. This construction needs the parents and the teachers taka an active part in all kinds of activities and substantial.Interactivity. In this way,the construction can go on harmoniously.The process of this interactivity is the one which can share the different ideas to the world and the things around us equally. It is based on the involver’s thoughts. Everyone can surpass themselves and realize self-development. They make a good understanding by sharing,listening, absorbing, questioning, conflicting and promoting.The work in kindergarten is the basic part in our educational system. As the base foundation for the school education and life-long learning, its importance is getting more and more focused on by the parents. The kids life long development cannot be work on with the effort of the kindergarten education. We must stand on the high point and make a full use of the resources from families, communities. Also, the parents should play a very important role in it. In this way, the kindergarten education and the family education can move on synchronously and peacefully in our developing country so that we can fulfill our mission.In a word, the practical study on the construction of kindergarten and family community about preschool education is really meaningful.This study is based on the researching results from both China and other countries. And we take Shijiazhuang Foreign Language Bilingual Kindergarten as a special example. We introduce and have a research about all kinds of activities in the kindergarten, combining the concerned theories we analyze the success of this construction. Also, we revealed some problems too. In this way, I offered some strategies, including fulfill the concerned laws and rules and policy, supporting actively to provide some useful information, better the working system, letting the family communities play an important role, enhancing the system’s evaluation and making a full advantage of the community sources.
