Selection And Optimization Of Livelihood Strategies In An Affordable Housing Project

In recent years,in order to solve the housing difficulties of low-income groups and middle-income groups,governments across the country have been vigorously building affordable housing communities.Research shows that the social structure of the social housing community is complex and the vulnerable groups are prominent.At the same time,family livelihoods are facing serious problems.Therefore,this study attempts to define the livelihood strategies of families in affordable housing communities,identify the factors that influence the choice of livelihood strategies,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the simulation optimization simulation.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)The research status at home and abroad was summed up from the three aspects of the affordable housing community,families and livelihood strategies in an affordable housing project.The existing research was analyzed.It was found that the relevant research at home and abroad was mainly qualitative analysis,theoretical research and less quantitative evaluation.(2)The concept of familie and livelihood strategies in an affordable housing project was defined.Livelihood strategies in an affordable housing project was clarified which was based on the current status and livelihood capital of a family.It was the combination of activities,investment methods,and other means of livelihood the livelihoods it taked to meet the needs of all family members.(3)Literature analysis method to identify the division method and division index of livelihood strategies was used.It focused on the applicability and flow design of the two-step clustering method used in this study and used the method of random dominant to evaluate the relative of livelihood strategies.(4)Based on a sustainable livelihood analysis framework,the impact of vulnerability environment,structure,and process change on the choice of livelihood households' strategies in social housing communities was analyzed from a qualitative perspective.Logit regression analysis was used to identify the main factors affecting the choice of livelihood strategies.It is mainly to protect the human capital,physical capital,financial capital,and social capital of the livelihood strategy.(5)It was defined that macro goals and micro goals for the optimization of livelihood strategies in an affordable housing project,optimization ideas and simulations based on AnyLogic to achieve the results of livelihood strategy choices for an affordable housing project.(6)A case study of Huagang Project in Nanjing City was carried out.Livelihood strategies were defined,selected and optimized.After that,corresponding policies were proposed.
