Love is a common phenomenon among college students. When there is a conflict in love, one person deals with the conflict in an indifferent way,and the other one tries to understand this behavior and chooses to continue the relationship.Through a semi-structured interview with the victim of spiritual violence, this paper discusses the process from psychological imbalance to balance after spiritual violence, including the rationalization method and process of spiritual violence.Based on the analysis of the interview data of seven graduate students who have been or are suffering from spiritual violence in love, this study finds that:The study found:1.The way to respond to spiritual violence. The rationalization of spiritual violence begins with the way in which the victim responds to spiritual violence. The interaction between the two sides affects the direction of the conflict. The response to spiritual violence mainly includes silence, ridicule, accusation, and communication.2.Strategies for rationalizing spiritual violence. The specific performance is to generalize the problem;to deny the problem;to internalize the problem;to beautify the other one;At the same time, the one that was violently violent reduced its inner expectations from three aspects:personal perspective, the other's image, and the event itself, and persuaded themselves to resolve the conflict.3.The process of rationalizing spiritual violence. It mainly includes two types:"conflict escalation-time effect" and "conflict mitigation-multiple response".The former manifests itself in the development process from silent laissez-faire to accusation, and the latter is characterized by apology communication, hospitable connection to conversation. The development process of communication.
